Prom transport should feel special without becoming complicated. The cleanest arrangement is usually one collection address, a few unhurried photographs and a direct chauffeur-driven journey to the venue.
Information to agree in advance
- The full names and ages of every passenger.
- The collection address, venue entrance and event start time.
- A responsible adult’s name and mobile number.
- The legal and comfortable passenger capacity of the exact car.
- Rules on alcohol, smoking, vaping, food and unscheduled stops.
- The procedure if the event runs late or the vehicle cannot attend.
Allow time without hiring aimless mileage
A classic car is at its best when it can arrive, pause and depart gracefully. Build in enough time for the group and parents to take photographs, but avoid a long multi-address collection route. Every extra stop adds uncertainty and risks making the final arrival rushed.
Verify the operator
